1. Services Provided

  • 24-7 Cleans Corp. provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and our capacity to meet the specific requirements of each client.

    2. Booking and Appointments

    • Scheduling: Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website. All bookings are confirmed once we receive a confirmation from you.

    • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge if done at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than the notice period may incur a cancellation fee.

    • Late Cancellations: In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a fee of 40% may be charged to cover the costs of allocating our cleaning staff.

    3. Payments and Fees

    • Pricing: Prices for services are determined based on the size of the property, type of cleaning, and any additional services requested. We provide detailed quotes before any work begins.

    • Payment Terms: Payments are taken at the time the service starts with a 20% deposit due 72 hours before the clean. We accept zelle, ACH transfer, cash as well as Credit card. We may also put a hold on your card 72 hours before the cleaning

    • Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7 days of the service date may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment.

    4. Customer Responsibilities

  • To ensure the best service, we ask that you:

    • Provide clear access to the property on the day of service.

    • Secure any fragile or valuable items prior to cleaning.

    • Communicate any special requests or areas that need particular attention before the cleaning starts.

    5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to address your concerns and rectify the situation.

    6. Liability

    • Damage: While we take great care during our cleaning process, 24-7 Cleans Corp. cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear in the property. In the unlikely event of any damage caused by our staff, we must be notified within 24 hours of the service to investigate and resolve the issue.

    • Personal Property: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property unless such damage is proven to be caused by our negligence.

    7. Use of Website

  • By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

    • Content: All materials on our website, including text, images, and designs, are the property of 24-7 Cleans Corp. and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.

    • User Conduct: You agree not to misuse the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

    • The client breaches these Terms and Conditions.

    • Unsafe or hazardous conditions exist at the property that pose a risk to our employees.

    • Payment is not received in a timely manner.
